COMMON LIFE GROUPS

We’re pursuing spiritual maturity in a world that conspires against it

What are Common Life Groups?

Common Life Groups aim to be honest, prayerful, contending mini-communities, designed for deep formation. They are groups of around four people and they meet in two phases: the story phase, then the rhythm phase.

In the story phase: everyone in the group shares their story with the others. They prepare in advance and map out their life looking at the significant people, places and events and how those shaped who they are as a person and their relationship with God. This creates an incredible foundation of honesty and vulnerability and intimacy for the group, which is fertile soil then for pursuing deep formation together.

From there on in you are in the rhythm phase. Regular habits of meeting together (we suggest fortnightly) in prayer, practicing four arts of spiritual formation that we believe will help you grow in spiritual maturity, in a world that conspires against it.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
